These Terms govern your use of the DynamicQr Android app (“App”) by [Company/Developer Name] (“we”, “us”).


1. Acceptance

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.


2. Accounts

You must be legally able to form a contract. Phone verification is required. You are responsible for your account.


3. Service

Dynamic QR codes let you update destination URLs without reprinting. Features include creation, editing, pausing, analytics, and optional premium add-ons.


4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the App for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing purposes. Do not link to malware, illegal content, or content that violates rights. We may restrict access or remove content for violations.


5. Purchases

Paid features (e.g., additional QR slots, ad removal) are processed by Google Play and may auto-renew until you cancel in Google Play. Prices and availability may change.


6. Ads

Non‑premium users may see native ads via Google AdMob. Premium users see no ads after purchase.


7. Ownership

We and our licensors own the App and content (excluding your linked destinations). You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App.


8. User Content & Links

You control and are responsible for the content you link to via QR codes. We are not responsible for third‑party sites reached through your QR codes.


9. Termination

You may stop using the App anytime. We may suspend or terminate for violations, fraud, or risks to users or the service.


10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.


12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your use or violations of these Terms.


13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved in [Venue], subject to applicable law.
