## 1. Information We Collect

- Account Information

  - Phone number, display name, Firebase user ID (UID).

  - For authentication, we generate a technical email identifier from your phone number to work with Firebase Auth. We do not use this for marketing.

- QR Content

  - Titles, destination URLs, optional custom domains, styling (colors and options).

- Scan Analytics (when someone scans your QR)

  - QR ID, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and (when available) country derived from the request. We aggregate counts by date and country.

- Purchases

  - Product ID, purchase token, order ID, purchase time, expiry time, and whether the purchase is active. Processed with Google Play Billing.

- Ads

  - The App uses Google AdMob (Native Ads only). AdMob may collect device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID), approximate location, app interactions, and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads.

- Diagnostics

  - Crash and performance data via Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics (non-PII, by default).


## 2. How We Use Information

- Provide and maintain the App, including authentication and phone verification.

- Enable creating, editing, pausing, and redirecting dynamic QR codes.

- Generate scan analytics and aggregated insights.

- Process purchases, manage premium features (QR limits), and disable ads for premium users.

- Show ads (via Google AdMob) to non‑premium users.

- Ensure security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.

- Performance of a contract (provide the App and features you request).

- Legitimate interests (security, analytics, preventing abuse).

- Consent (ads personalization where required; you can manage ad personalization in device settings and regional consent prompts).

- Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Functions, Analytics, Crashlytics) to power core features.

- Google AdMob to serve Native Ads (see Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob policies).

- Google Play for in‑app purchase verification and processing.

- Service providers as necessary to operate the App (under confidentiality and data protection commitments).

- Legal compliance, safety, and protection of rights when required.


We do not sell personal information.

- Advertising ID: You can reset or limit ad personalization in Android Settings.

- EEA/UK users: Where required, we will request consent for personalized ads (via a consent prompt). You can update choices in device settings or consent dialog (when available).

- Premium users: Ads are disabled after a successful purchase.

- Account and QR content: retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

- Scan analytics and logs: retained as needed for analytics functionality.

- Purchases: retained as required for entitlements, support, and compliance.

- We may retain data to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

We use industry-standard protections (including encryption in transit via HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
